Improvements
- IIAB-3708 Because runs are always created in trail state, you cannot upload data and execute a run with a pre-processor and have the run released live, without first going into trail state.
Fixes
- IIAB-3707 The resend function on the Run Recipient Screen does not work
- IIAB-3719 When a run has been processed and you add "Additional Attachments", the run goes into "created" state and you cannot continue
