Improvements
- Added date, sent by, sent to and delivered to the downloaded version of the Adhoc View and Adhoc Forward Deliveries report.
- When a company administrator user creates a new company administrator user the access rights from the creator is no longer copied to the new user. You you are allowed to filter the access.
Fixes
- Get Export Pdf multi-thread and load balanced safe fix
- Prevent automatic print PDF generation on every online view, only start generation if settings is true
