Fixes
- Adjust pre-processor upload validation to only a limited range of historical runs.
- Automatically stop processes running in Fargate container once completed
- Change Mailbody only runs to not send push notifications
- Allow forward of mail body only history items
- Change the Startrun API call to allow the start of the run if no run recipients have been uploaded, but all required files for a pre-processor have been uploaded.
