Improvements
- Evo PageSettings Rule on (Header / Footer) - On Single pages FirstPage takes preference if available, else if LastPage is present and any other option i.e (All/Odd/Even) then that settings for Header/Footer on LastPage will override the (Header/Footer) settings for the others, but keep wat was set, if there is just for instance Footer on LastPage
- Add CleanupFileName method to cmsHelper
