Fixes
- Viewer history cards will now sequentially auto load, and populate the filters with available document types as it goes
- When clicking through admin site run search criteria was lost
- Admin site rerouting to login screen when clicking a reset/forgot password link
- Text search for runs no longer working
- Delete Run Recipient throws error
